Ships' life-cycle Free Webinar 2021

Description: A Royal Institution of Naval Architects Online Conference

Time: Mar 31, 2021 11:00 AM in London

Introduction

With an increasing competition in the global market and rising environmental regulations, life cycle assessment aims to achieve cost  effectiveness  and  to  minimize  the  risk  of environmental   impacts. These requirements have introduced the need of Life  Cycle  Management  Systems among other tools. The vessel’s environmental impact starts from the time it is being built until it is scrapped. As these are long life assets, it greatly benefits from an early assessment from the design phase, through construction, operation maintenance and, scrapping and recycling
